Why do some jobs get a better position than mine on the site?
Every new job entered on the site receives a JOB ORDER NUMBER. This number determines where your jobs appear on the site. So, jobs that appear first on the list are the newest jobs entered on the site today, next on the list are jobs that were entered yesterday for the first time and were updated today, next on the list are the jobs that were originally entered 2 days ago and are updated with today's date. This process continues. We believe this system is very fair as it is controlled by original entry date and not time of updated job ad.
Why do I need to update my ads regularly?
It is critical you update your jobs at least once a week. Ideally, we would recommend you update everyday. This ensures you receive a good position on the site and your ads include that day's date.
