Landmark Technologies Ltd We are now recruiting a field service engineer to provide onsite support and installation services to our clients in the greater Dublin area.
Responsibilities
- Accept responsibility of calls/visits until resolved.
- Communicate with base regularly throughout day.
- Focus on and follow a quality customer care initiative.
- Understand and adhere to the local work instructions.
- Prioritise calls and schedule calls accordingly
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent hands-on field engineer experience with an IT service provider
- Microsoft server platforms and networking (Server 2003, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Raid etc..)
- Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Excellent knowledge of firewalls and routers.
- Have or working towards industry standard qualifications such as MSCE & CCNA
- Full clean driving license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Fluent English
