Our client is a well established key player within the Irish Motor Industry, based in Kerry, this successful dealership is currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their progressive and growing team.
Reporting to the General Manager, this position will hold responsibility for steering and developing the Service and Warranty, Parts and Workshop departments. This is a Hands On role in a busy dealership and will will involve leading a team of 16-20 employees ensuring superior standards of service and productivity are achieved at all times.
The ideal candidate for the role will hold previous experience within the motor industry within a busy Service or Parts department, superior business acumen, excellent customer relationship management skills and a professional results driven approach to their work
