My client is a multi billion global Healthcare provider currently establishing a brand new European Customer Operations Centre based in South County Dublin.
They are currently seeking to hire a Business Operations Manager to be responsible for the creation and implementation of the tools and techniques of Operational Excellence and the establishment of a high performance culture.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Service the role of Business Operations Manager will suit a dynamic individual wishing to operate as a manager within the overall EMEA Customer Operations function. This will involve the development of operating structures, policies and systems to ensure the EMEA operation meets its financial, quality and customer satisfaction targets and managing resources to optimize service levels.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Representing the Customer Operations Centre in cross-functional teams and contributing as a member of the centre’s management team.
• Developing, coordinating and driving the Operational Excellence deployment plan for the customer service organization.
• People Management as well as Recruitment planning in collaboration with the HR Department.
• Resource Management and Forecasting of demand to ensure continuity of service to customers across Europe.
• Creation and implementation of productivity and process improvements in line with the business/functional goals and strategies.
• Provision of the highest quality of Customer Service Excellence.
The successful candidate will have the following profile, skills and experience:
• Proven track record in an Operations Management position in a similar multi-lingual/EMEA Environment.
• Minimum 4 years direct people management experience in a Customer Operations/Service/Call Centre Operation.
• Strong knowledge of systems and process improvements.
• Results orientated attitude and extremely strong communicator with excellent business acumen.
• Fluency in an additional European language is an advantage but not essential
