Job description:
- Provide assistance in relation to new business/revised renewal terms/mid term adjustments for clients within the group insurance department
- Participation in new business initiatives
- Ensure documents are issued to clients in a timely manner
- Ensure policy details are correct with regard to risk/premium/cover
- Ensure that procedures are strictly followed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters
- Resolve account queries by liaising with underwriters/clients and accounts
- Assist with other projects on an ad hoc basis
Skills/Education/Experience
- Ideally 2-3 years experience working in commercial insurance
- CIP qualification or currently working towards the qualification
- Good computer skills
- Good communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
