Quality Standards Officer, Environmental Role
Salary: Circa €25K
Location: Between offices in Dublin, Galway & Sligo
Duration: Initially 12 month contract, with a view to permanency
Start: January
Job Overview:
Manage & Develop integrated management system in view of upcoming Audits.
Travelling between Dublin, Galway & Sligo to roll out Integrated Management Systems across those sites.
Duties Include:
• Manage, develop and implement ISO Integrated Management System across company to maintain accreditation. Update and maintenance of system, including applicable legislative changes. Liaise with senior management to upgrade company policy.
• Create, design and issue ISO documentation.
• Organise internal audits; Prepare and assist with external audits, put in place controls and check to ensure system is working effectively. Corrective Actions, near misses, etc.
• Integrated Management System training of all new staff
• Preparation, writing(sections), editing and assembly of Monthly contract operations report (detail from each division of the operation) - produced on time every month
• Report to client, supply feedback.
• Ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
Excellent administration & PC skills
Strong Quality background / education
Familiar with NSAI accreditation, ISO 9000, etc.
Must have your own car
