We are now recruiting a field service engineer to provide onsite support and installation services to our clients in the greater Dublin area.


Responsibilities

• Accept responsibility of calls/visits until resolved.
  
• Communicate with base regularly throughout day.
  
• Focus on and follow a quality customer care initiative.
  
• Understand and adhere to the local work instructions.
  
• Prioritise calls and schedule calls accordingly
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent hands-on field engineer experience with an IT service provider
  
• Microsoft server platforms and networking (Server 2003, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Raid etc..)
  
• Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
  
• Excellent knowledge of firewalls and routers.
  
• Have or working towards industry standard qualifications such as MSCE & CCNA
  
• Full clean driving license
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent people and communication skills
  
• Self motivated and able to work on own initiative
  
• Excellent problem solving skills
  
• Fluent English
