Inventory Controller- City Centre
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Stock Control Manager for a permanent role based in Dublin North.
Job Role:
The successful candidate will
Insuring stock cover is maintained in the warehouse Minimise exposure to excess inventory & product losses.
Providing forecasts to key suppliers,
Maintaining and driving corporate KPI's,
Servicing buyers with up to date product availability,
Working with goods inwards to insure that daily deliveries match orders,
To be a key member of the centralization purchasing team,
Carrying systems audits in line with corporate guidelines,
Maintain the system and ensure continued systems operation,
Adjust system to accommodate new working practices,
Effective liason with system operator,
Manage downtime to minimise disruption,
Maintain and improve stock audit system,
Effective task delegation to achieve objectives,
Adopt appropriate Leadership style to motivate the team to achieve outstanding performance
Experience and skill set required:
• 3rd level qualification
• 1 + years experience in Managing a team
• 3+ Years experience in Stock Control
• Food/ Retail experience required
• Experience in ordering
• Excellent communicator and a team player.
