CEM Specialist Vero Solutions are an independent telecoms software company located in Sandyford, Dublin. We provide innovative software solutions and professional services to mobile operators and vendors in Ireland and around the globe.

A position has arisen with one of Vero’s key development partners based in Blackrock in south Dublin.

This company has developed an award winning software solution that allows mobile operators manage and optimise the customer experience across all voice and data services.

With an emphasis on maximising operator revenue while constantly improving customer satisfaction this product has led to an increased demand for implementation specialists.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background coupled with excellent customer facing skills , all complemented by good business and related acumen and a solid understanding of telecoms industry drivers . Project Management skills will also be required.

Key Technical Skills required:

· Minimum of 5 years telecoms experience

· Excellent knowledge of GPRS, UMTS, CDMA systems

· Excellent UNIX Scripting, configuration skills

· Good knowledge of Oracle

· Business Objects and data analysis skills

The key responsibility of this role is to assist telecom operators in maximising the benefit they gain from our product by:

· Analysing the data captured by the product systematically to determine which problems affect most customers and are having most impact on revenues

· Investigating the telecoms operators service to customers using our product and presenting issues to them

· Ensuring that the deployed solution complies with defined Business Cases

· Excellent communication skills essential for relationship management with all technical and non-technical customer interfaces

· The management of engagement and management of the customer expectations
