My client, the world’s leading provider of maintenance and renewals outsourcing services is again expanding its EMEA operation and is looking to recruit a Client Delivery Director. This is a strategic role and is responsible for the management of one my clients key customers. You will take full ownership of this customer’s relationship, develop strategies in improve customer satisfaction and to increase revenue opportunities as well as conducting regular business reviews with the internal client delivery team

The ideal candidate for this role will be educated to degree level (preferably masters) with a proven track record of selling high value technology solutions to blue chip organisations. You will have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage key customer relationships as well as strong people management skills. Due to the rapid expansion of this company you will be the type of person who will think strategically and act tactically. Finally you will be highly numerate and have the ability to manipulate data to make real business decisions.
