Our client is seeking a Manager for it's dublin based fast food outlet. The operations consist of a traditional chip shop with take away and sit down licience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete day-to-day management of this operation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years management/supervisory experience in a similar type operation.
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Have excellent organisational & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate & develop a team of staff
  • Practical understanding of running a business
  • Drive and enthusiasm
