About the job:
Job purpose:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management of the assigned sales activities within the territory including the development and maintenance of clients and accounts and the development and maintenance of an effective distribution organisation.
Main responsibilities:
oManaging, developing, maintaining and directs all assigned sales activities within the assigned geographical territory for the assigned product lines.
oDeveloping new customers and Cold Calling are the main and most important duties
oLooking for distribution to penetrate niche markets and markets not covered by current distribution.
oMust be familiar with all aspects of the territory assigned, including markets for products, sales potential, economic factors, distribution facilities, and competitive activities.
oOrganising the territory sales activities to provide adequate and competent coverage and penetration to reach all buying influences in actual or potential markets for products.
oPreparing and submitting long and short-range sales forecasts based on detailed analysis of market potentials and trends and on identification of probable sources of sales.
oMaintaining and safeguards harmonious relations with customers through the prompt and co-operative handling of complaints and service requests.
Skills required:
oFluent in French and English
oGood command of German
oStrong Experience in Sales & Negotiation (2 years +)
oExperience in the Manufacturing sector preferable
