Inventory Analyst

A leading multi-national are looking to recruit an inventory analyst to cover maternity leave

Role Highlights:

  • Monitors inventory levels in all global hubs and monitoring usage against forecast.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and reporting of weekly KPI's as related to Hub Inventory levels, Hub Inventory turns, Hub Order shipments and Hub backlog.
  • Works within the Supply Chain group and with Hub and OEM colleagues to ensure all backlogs are fully processed on a daily basis, and with the Customer Care group to address all issues related to processing of pulls from the hubs.
  • Works closely with the Planning and Procurement team to ensure all product receipts are processed in accordance with standard procedures.
Essential Requirements:

  • Must also have a good understanding of inventory planning and scheduling, logistics planning, procedures and terminology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, materials or related field, or the equivalent in training and experience, with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being comfortable working in a Global team environment, have good analytical skills including basic financial skills.
