Hays Construction and Property have been retained by a leading Engineering, Property and Facility Management Company to recruit a facility account manager for Dublin.
Our Client is predominantly well known in the UK in the Construction industry and due to new contracts acquired here, they are setting up a Dublin base. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management of contracts to ensure they run smoothly, safely and efficiently to comply with company policies and procedures.
Some of the duties/responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing Client accounts on a day to day basis ensuring all FM contracts are managed in line with specifications
- Manage all soft services
- Ensuring accurate reports are compiled in accordance to company compliance procedures
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Check and request materials and equipment on a weekly/monthly basis
- Ensuring equipment and PPE is checked and replaced inline with H & S guidelines
The ideal candidate will have a background in Facility Management along with Client management experience, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be self-motivated.
Salary will range between €22k-€26k along with company benefits.
