This leading drinks company is seeking an experience Assistant Channel Manager who will report directly to the On Trade Channel Manager and assist in the implementation and delivery of effective channel plans customer plans and category plans.
Role Highlights
- Assist in the creation of the Annual On Trade plan, including the planning of workshops/meetings, facilitating elements of those sessions and collating outputs into actionable plans.
- Activate the channel plan by brand.
- Assisting in the preparation and attendance at regular On and Off Trade meetings.
- Actively participating, driving and executing the evaluation of channel plan activities.
- Assisting in the generation and interpretation of the channel consumer and customers insights.
- Facilitate the understanding of regional and divisional managers in the strategic elements of the plan.
- Assisting the interpretation of KPI reports in order to support programme evaluation.
- Devising, planning and delivering ad hoc projects.
- Have a relevant third level qualification.
- Have previous industry experience in a similar role.
- Possess a good understanding of the On Trade and have a proven track record in either the commercial or marketing area.
- Be highly analytical and possess effective planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Be highly intuitive and computer literate with a strong emphasis on data interpretation.
- Have the ability to influence, be a self starter and make decisions and take responsibility for own actions.
- Full clean driver's license is required.
