This is a great opportunity to join a global contact centre providing services to English-speaking European markets and other European markets. This company is capable of supporting several languages including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, in addition to some Eastern European languages.

Your role will involve

  • Tracking & documenting customer problems in the client call logging system.
  • Providing support within call centre environment to customers primarily via phone but also using web and e-mail services.
To be successful in this role, you will need;

  • Experience of using photographic equipment would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience in a call centre environment.
