POST TENSIONING SITE ENGINEER

Position: Post Tensioning Site Engineer

You must have at least 2 years Post Tensioning experience

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000K Tax Free + relocation allowance + other benefits. Higher package negotiable for more experience.

Our client is a leading specialist foundations contractor in Dubai. They seek to recruit a Site Engineer with between two to three years experience of which one year must be in post tensioning.

Duties:

  • To supervise and coordinate the project.
  • To complete site engineering and inspections.
  • To ensure projects are run efficiently and cost effectively and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • To measure up, document and prepare materials for projects as determined by the construction drawings and any subsequent information forwarded by the PM.
  • To prepare weekly and monthly budgets and cost reports for our clinets projects for submission to the General Mgr.
  • To instruct leading hands on project requirements and maintain supervision of leading hand progress.
  • To prepare Site Project files for leading hands to perform all required QA / H&S documentation as per the documented procedures
  • To ensure safety standards are continually reported and maintained on sites. Report any incidents and /or injuries and forward details to the Operations/Project Manager for review.
  • To conduct pre-pour inspections.
  • To ensure all site based QA documents are being completed and QA standards are maintained
  • To work with the Operations/Project Manager to ensure our client's jobs run to project budget figures.
  • To ensure all staff are properly trained for their activities and ensure tool box talks are carried out sufficiently.
  • Good working ethic with all employees / Good Communication skills, diligent.
