• English and a 2nd language (either Italian or German) are essential for this role.
• Experience in non-life Claims (ideally Payment Protection), is also essential.
The company is based on Stephens Green and is a market leading non-life Insurance provider that operates a network of international insurance companies across Europe.
They are currently looking to hire an experienced Claims Handler / Executive. It is a permanent position and will pay a salary of between € 24,000 and € 30,000 depending on your level of experience.
You may be coming from an Insurance or Banking / Bancassurance background.
A summary of the duties of the Payment Protection Claims Handler / Executive are:
• Assess and process international claims
• Manage day to day customer relations with Third Party Administrators
• Review medical questionnaire when required and have the ability to make decisions within authority limit.
