Our client is currently seeking an experienced Technical Services (Operations) Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director, this is an integral role within the organisation, focussing on both developing new business and maintaining key client relationships by providing the very best delivery of key performance areas & responsibilities.

Working within the Security Division, the main purpose of this position is to develop and manage the client's business through strong leadership and management. Our client is insistent upon experience in managing a portfolio of security service customers & meeting and exceeding client and company performance objectives. This division provides a range of security products and services - primarily for the commercial & also for the residential markets.

Due to the nature of this position, a minimum of 5 years management experience within the facilities / security industry is required. Strong commercial acumen, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and strong people management skills are important. Experience in change management is a distinct advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is desirable.

In return, the successful candidate will be offered a basic salary of c. €65K, a performance related bonus along with a competitive benefits package.
