Senior Commercial Underwriting Consultant with 10yrs experience required for permanent role with dynamic insurance company.



Key Tasks:

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading and most successful Insurance Companies in a high profile capacity. Suitable candidates will have a proven technical background in commercial underwriting as they will be responsible for developing and maintaining the underwriting process. The role will also involve contributing to the strategic direction of book as well as ensuring adherence to underwriting standards. They will need to be an experienced commercial underwriter with the ability to build effective relationships across the business from both an operations and a strategic perspective.

Essential:

  • Minimum experience required: 10 - and more.
  • Qualifications: Third Level Degree
  • ACII qualification
  • Insurance experience as a Senior Commercial Underwriter
  • Technical underwriting knowledge
  • Computer literacy


Desirable:

  • FCII qualification
  • Insurance experience as a Chief Commercial Underwriter
  • Technical property underwriting knowledge
