JOB DESCRIPTION:
Arcon Recruitment requires a Customer Service Representative with fluent German
Representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers
Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Must show excellent attention to detail
Flexibility in working hours (evenings and weekend required)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications Key skills for this role include:
2 or more years experience with high volume customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience writing customer service correspondence.
Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
Must be German Native with excellent written and oral English
Proficiency in MS Office
General Internet Experience
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and results oriented
Strong Team Player
