Work in conjunction with the Head of Corporate Finance in raising debt for new aircraft financing and down-payment funding. Company contact for dealing with financial institutions, securing financing and refinancing for the aircraft portfolio, managing and developing banking relationships, and developing complex and innovative financing solutions.

Essential

• Relevant third level qualification, preferably with specialisation in banking.

• Extensive senior corporate finance experience ideally gained within an aircraft leasing, international financial services or aviation environment.

• Experience of successfully implementing and closing transactions and the structuring of financing.

• Proven ability to provide creative solutions for various projects or initiatives including financial modelling skills.

• Knowledge of the pricing elements of an aircraft leasing or debt transaction having due regards to various risks parameters.

• Ability to work effectively and communicate with finance personnel and other departments

• Proficiency in designing presentations (PowerPoint) for 3rd parties.

Preferable:

• Experience of acting as principal arranger or agent in deal origination and structuring in a competitive environment

• Solid understanding of legal and technical (maintenance) matters that may arise in transactions.
