GKR Search amd Selection currently have a vacancy for our client who is looking for a Fluent German speaker to manage their Enterprise Account Management team.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for a portfolio of current merchant accounts, managing and developing those relationships to increase wallet share effectively over the various geographical locations.

This position is responsible for the operational wellness and financial contribution of an assigned portfolio of large brand name merchants that exceed €20,000,000 in total annual payment processing volume. This position will execute these responsibilities through the leadership and management of a team of Enterprise-level Account Management professionals that will serve as the primary contact for these merchants located across France, Spain, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. The Manager of EAM will be responsible for leading this team, dedicated to meeting the processing and operational needs of the assigned merchants. The team will serve as a focal point for merchant by providing proactive account management.

Key Criteria

Some brief points on the key criteria and what we are looking for:

• Experience in the online, eCommerce or payments environment.

• Experience in developing and executing on strategy.

• Managing and developing multi cultural teams.

• Knowledge of at least one European language (preferably German)

Experience and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

• 7+ years of customer support or account management in an online, merchant processing environment.

• Direct experience in meeting or exceeding a financial target via cross-selling of products or services to an existing client base.

• Experience in financial risk or fraud operations preferred.

• Direct experience in dealing with difficult customers or communicating difficult messages that will create a negative impact to the client.
