We are inviting applications from science/healthcare third-level students who are interested in securing valuable industry experience. You will gain valuable insider knowledge of the life science sector which will prove very important when seeking employment post-graduation.
Learning Outcomes:
- Point of contact/reception/telephone experience.
- Database administration/reviewing CV’s/assessing suitability.
- Office administration, Office software systems.
- Become conversant in the organisational structure of pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and healthcare companies in Ireland.
- Become expert in the preferred formatting and structural layout of CV’s
- Be introduced to the art of business development in the life science sector
- Gain insider knowledge of the scientific recruitment industry in Ireland
- Relate theoretical knowledge from college to real world jobs in the life science sector
Stipend
€800 per month
Hours:
9-5, Monday to Thursday
9-4, Friday
Lunch 1-2
