Reporting to the Managing Director of the Irish operation, this key position will be responsible for the daily operations of the corporate administration business in Dublin. Some of the responsibilities will include:

The position:

  • Assume day to day responsibility from time to time and where required for key / and or particularly complex client relationships.
  • Be involved – where required – with the take on of significant and / or particularly complex transactions and clients and ensure that the same are effectively and efficiently serviced going forward.
  • To implement appropriate policies and procedures relevant to the administration and accounting of Irish corporate vehicles, taking into account relevant legal and regulatory issues.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through a bespoke level of service and providing technical support to the administration team and the accounting team in the Dublin office and the Managing Director, as and when required.
  • Manage the administration and accounting of an existing portfolio of corporate clients
  • On boarding of new client business
  • Offer the highest level of client service
  • Lead a team of 4 staff

We are looking for a Senior Manager/Director who has excellent experience with SPVs, Private Equity and or corporate trust administration experience.
