My client are a international Financial Software company who are in the process of developing a next generation universal lending & credit management banking solution. To aide them in the development of this niche product they are looking to hire an experienced banker with over 10 years experience in commercial and retail lending. You will bring ‘thought leadership’ to bear on and help define the future business scope of the Universal Banking Solution in respect of the Lending and Credit Management domain.

You will support the pre-sales efforts of the relevant teams through presence at client sites or on conference calls to provide an expert view on the position and future direction of lending and how the company’s software solution can support the client in their business aspirations in terms of lending.

You will support the creation of business requirements definitions and other outputs as necessary including Business Requirements Documents, User Stories etc for these components to meet the business needs and for ensuring that the deliverables meet the user needs

You provide expert knowledge and opinion on the relevant lending processes and their operational details including accounting requirements, control requirements, revenue impacts, customer impacts, operational impacts etc

The role will have two aspects…..the outward client facing role in support of the business sales effort and one which is internal and focused on the business needs of the software solution to a low level.

You will ideally be familiar with Basel II
