We currently have an exciting opportunity for Nurses interested in working on the beautiful Island of Guernsey in an acute busy hospital specializing in treating and caring for surgical patients.
Interested candidates must
• Registered General Nurse
• Current Registration with NMC.
• Previous surgical experience,
• Evidence of self and professional development
• Portfolio evidence to meet agreed competence criteria level
• A1 Assessors course
• Approved mentor course at level 2
Our client is offering a very desirable package to all nurses who are successful at interview.
• Attractive pay rates + Retention bonus of ₤1000 after 1 year with an additional ₤697 each February, plus ₤3500 for nurses in specialist areas after 2 years service

• Annual leave ranges from 36 -42 days depending on how many years you are qualified,
Guernsey offers the added advantage of income tax being capped at 20%; this means that you can save money whilst working.
