Regional Fundraising Coordinator required for a well established Charitable organisation based in the North East

Salary: €45K depending on experience

Main Duties

  • Develop a Fundraising Programme ensuring it meets with the organisations main aims and objectives and implement it to a changing environment
  • Develop and implement new imaginative fundraising initiatives
  • Develop an annual fundraiser
  • Maximise our brand as a charity to generate unrestricted income
  • Raise awareness, at local and national levels of organization and its work by recruiting volunteers to assist in our fundraising efforts
  • Monitor income and expenditure against the budget allocated and the target that has been determined
  • Prepare reports for the Senior Management Committee and the Board of Directors
Requirements:

  • proven track record in fundraising activities and in reaching agreed targets and meeting deadlines.
  • capacity to carry out varied duties and the ability to manage and motivate teams of volunteers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project management and a proven ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, will also be essential.
  • The person should be self-starter and be able to work as part of a team and show a willingness to carry out a range of tasks.
