Client Information:
My client is a leading Construction Sub Contractor based in West Dublin. They have been a market leader in their field for over 30 years and have developed a proven reputation for delivery of Top Quality work on time.
Location: Dublin
Description:
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar Construction Related discipline required, but not essential.
• 7 – 10 Years + Experience in the Industry.
• Heavily involved in the pricing of future works in the Leinster Region, and occasionally further a field.
• Full Time Permanent Role based in West Dublin, covering the Leinster Region.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating/Sales in a main building contractor or a large Sub Contractor.
• Must have a wealth of knowledge and a lot of Contacts within the Irish Construction Industry.
• Dealing with a range of architects, consultants and specialist contractors, the successful candidate will be expected to develop business within the building sector, and will also be expected to nurture relationships with existing clients.
• A strong background in construction sales is desirable when applying for this role.
