My client is a full service Luxembourgish law firm, specialising in Funds, Corporate, M&A, Tax and Banking and Finance Law.
The Firm provides legal guidance and advice to investment banks and international fund managers on all aspects of Investment Funds, assisting them in the structuring and forming investment funds.
Due to their continued success in the funds arena, they now have an opportunity for a talented Funds Lawyer to join their busy practice.
The candidate will specialise in the fund sector, focusing primarily on:
- The implementation of investment funds
- Advising clients on the set-up of Luxembourg umbrella specialised investment funds
- The creation of various types of Luxembourg investment vehicles such as UCITS, UCIs, SIFs and SICARs
- Negotiating with service providers, the CSSF and the Luxembourg stock exchange
- Drafting advices, corporate documentation
- Supervision of work carried out by junior associates
- A Masters Degree in Law
- A minimum of 4 years experience at a leading law firm
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg investment funds law with a thorough understanding of the investment and finance industry
- Fluent in French and English
