The role of the Head of Tax is to establish a generic taxation practice with focus on the following areas:

  • Tax advisor for property clients including investment, development and financing
  • Stamp duty planning
  • Corporate tax planning, compliance and advisory services for Irish and international companies
  • Corporate finance, corporate restructuring, mergers, demergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, MBOs, floatations, securities issues and equity offerings
  • Revenue litigation and settlement negotiations
  • Tax efficient dispute resolution
  • Tax planning and advisory services relating to cross border transactions
  • VAT consulting services
  • Employee benefits and share incentives
  • Capital Tax Planning
  • Personal Tax Planning
Experience Required:

Six to ten years, preferably qualified as a lawyer

Existing top end accountancy or legal practice
