A finance professional with broad commercial experience, project management and systems experience ideally from an outsourcing or consultancy environment is required by a new start up in Cork.

The successful candidate will join a start-up division within an established company operating in Cork for a number of years.

Reporting to the CEO the selected professional will assume responsibility for:

  • Managing the program transfer, relationship and ongoing performance of global third party sourcing centres for both existing and new technologies, IT and financial services.
  • Implement strategic choices in supply both domestically and internationally to best meet the company's requirements for quality, delivery, technology and cost.
  • Integrate with key global outsourcing personnel to ensure transfers are executed as needed for both the company and outsourcing partners.
  • Manage new process and product development programs with outsourcers and integrate with New Product teams to ensure Product Development Process schedules and budgets are met.
  • Manage relationships with outsourcing partners and clients. Provide primary point of contact for elevation of issues from both the company, clients and outsourcing partners.
  • Work closely with the company's teams to ensure demand management processes are robust and managed per client agreement.


    • Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree and experience in Finance, Project Management, IT.
  • Experience working in a procurement role managing a contract outsourcing relationships.
  • Experience from an outsourcing/consultancy environment would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage complex projects using tools such as identifying critical path and risk mitigation actions, and use of project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex data mining exercises and analysis.
  • Strong team player with high levels of integrity, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in a global environment.
