Our Irish client operates various businesses in Australia and is now seeking a Hands on General Manager for this lively venue!
The establishment consists of a small Hotel (3* standard) bars,bistro, gaming, live music venue and an off license.
We are seeking a GM that will oversee the entire operation and report to the owner. Please note this is a hands on floor operation involved in all areas of the business.
We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:
Previous Management at Operations or GM Level
Strong Food & beverage Experience
Experience of Retail or Off licences
Strong Financial Experience to include P&L , Sales Projections
Staff Training & Management
Live Entertainment Venue experience
Ideally this may suit an experienced Beverage Manager with Food, Nite Club, Live Venue experience with volume, as the venue has large scale capacity.
Salary range is of AUD 60,000-80,000 ( Approx €35,000-€45,000 with a free 3 bedroom Apartment. This Town is located on the golden east coast of Australia .
We are also seeking A DUTY MANAGER for this position ( A Couple, 2 friends etc are all possible for this that have experience for both roles!
We are seeking a Duty Manager that will work with the GM that will work on the floor operation and report to the GM. Please note this is a hands on floor operation involved in all areas of the business.
We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:
Previous Duty Management in Busy Bars/Night Clubs
Strong Food & Beverage Experience ,ie. Bistro ,Grill Bar, Bar Food Operations
Experience of Retail or Off licenses would be an advantage
Strong ethos of customer care and team working
Staff Supervision and Cash Accountability
Live Entertainment Venue / Nite Club experience at Management level would be an asset
Ideally this may suit an experienced Duty Manager / Bar Manager with Food, Nite Club, Live Venue experience with volume, as the venue has large scale capacity.
Salary range is of AUD 40,000-50,000 ( Approx €23,000-€30,000 with a free 2 bedroom Apartment). This Town is located on the golden east coast of Australia .
Visa application is organized with the employer. It’s important that you have proper experience and/or Qualifications to meet criteria for the Visa Application.
Air Fare will be factored in to the overall package but your own expense to fly there initially €800-€900 open ticket return.
Interviews are on Monday the 22nd of June in Limerick City.
