My client, based in Cork, is looking for a Customer Service Rep with Nordic Languages to join their large multinational company.

Job Description:

  • Ensure quick turnaround of order and query validation process
  • Liaising directly with the data management team, Sales, customers and other internal departments
  • Daily tracking of queries received & analysing these on a monthly basis to identify area's of improvements for the market
  • Working together with the Sales team to roll-out training plans for customers
Requirements:

• 2 years + previous customer service experience
• Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable
• Fluent in both English and any Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) (written and verbal)
• Experience of meeting & exceeding targets/KPI's on daily, weekly and monthly basis
