We are currently looking for a General Ledger inventory analyst to join a company of choice based in South Dublin

Reporting to the GL Manager, the successful candidate will be based at the Financial Shared Service Center

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in accounting/business-related discipline
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, including a good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills such as knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.

Along with experience of financial accounting systems and processes e.g. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards etc.
• Proven ability to work and contribute as a member of a team in a challenging and dynamic
environment
• A proactive approach to work and assisting others. They must be a "self-starter"
• A flexible attitude in adapting to new and varied work requests
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• English language is essential. A continental European Language would be preferable but not essential
• Strong IT skills,


Responsibilities:
• Processing high volume electronic financial transactions and resolving related issues
• Maintaining GL master data and interface tables
• Participating in month-end/year-end activities
• Performing inventory reconciliations
• Monitoring GL integrity reports
• Support business partners as per SLAs
