Customer Service Team Leader required for growing HR Consultancy practice based in North Dublin This would ideally suit a candidate with a background / qualification in HR and excellent current customer service and team lead skills

Main Purpose of Job: To check and create documentation for clients and liaise with the Administration Manager in supporting the management of the Administration Team in Ireland.

Responsible to: Administration Manager

Salary: €26,000

Main tasks of job:

1. To support the Administration Manager in managing a team of six administrators/word processors.

2. To read through client's documentation checking for illegal terms and typographical errors and correcting these.

3. Liaise with allocated Field Consultants and deal with queries as appropriate.

4. Liaise with Clients and deal with queries as appropriate.

5. Manage the workload for the team.

6. Ensure deadlines and any targets are met.

7. To record work via computerised and manual systems, using the log process and monitor logging by the administration team to ensure accuracy.

8. Deal with any escalated concerns raised by Clients or Field Consultants

9. Complete a weekly report on all administration activity

10. To locate documentation, as required.

11. When requested to provide a resume of service for Administration Manager, Customer Care or other member of the Management team.

12. Update computerised and manual systems, as appropriate.

13. Use of Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Client Details and the Intranet.
