ACCOMMODATION MANAGER
This is a busy and large corporate and business hotel that is seeking an experienced Manager preferably with a minimum of 4 star experience in the Hotel Market.
The person we are looking for will be a very experienced and organised manager capable of managing the department whilst maintaining first rate standards.
You will ensure the efficient management of the Accommodation department by providing spotless, well maintained bedrooms and public areas for our guests.
Strong Management, Training, Standards are all essential for this senior role within the hotel.
Experienced in managing a large Accommodation Team of Assistant Managers, Floor Supervisors, accommodation assistants and linen porters are essential.
Experience in Standards, Training, Motivation Skills, Linen Management, In House Laundry, Chemical Handling, He lath & Safety Issues, Rostering of Staff, Costings are pre requisites.
