Client Information
Our client based in Central Asia is currently in the process of Large Scale developments throughout the Central Asia region. They are currently in the process of developing large Educational and Commercial projects in the region and have developed an excellent reputation throughout the region and further afield in the process.

Description
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field required
• 7 - 10 plus year's experience.
• Position will be based at Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, and who will report to the Project Manager.
• Qualified architect with at least 7 years relevant experience in the design and construction of educational and residential facilities/buildings including all associated works.
• Previous experience of working in a CIS country together with proficiency in spoken and/or written Russian would be a distinct advantage.
• Fluent English and Overseas Experience Essential.
• The successful candidate will be required during the design phases of the project to assist with the carrying out of ongoing reviews/assessments of all architectural aspects of designs, drawings and specifications prepared by the Clients architects and consulting engineers to ensure that these are technically appropriate and acceptable and that they are cost effective.
• During the construction phases the successful candidate will be required to assist with monitoring all quality control, scheduling, costing, and safety aspects of the construction works as they are carried out on the sites.
• This will entail frequent visits to, and short stays at, the sites of the three university campuses and will involve close liaison and co-ordination with the Resident Project Manager and the site personnel.
• The Architect shall also be responsible for project managing all construction works on the town campuses and on the vocational education training facilities.
