Requirements:
Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering Degree (essential)
• 3-5 years post-grad experience in a manufacturing / commercial, pharma, food processing or medical site dealing with a complete set of tech services including compressed air, MV/ HV electrics, a/c etc
• Good communications skills for dealing with non-tech staff, and technical sub-contractors and direct staff
• Experience of managing PPM and reactive services, small projects etc
• Some experience of managing financial budgets etc
• AutoCAD and Building management systems experience
The post will be to primarily cover a commercial (non-manufacturing) site in Blanchardstown, a manufacturing site and a small site in Dublin.
The successful person will be spending parts of the week in each location coordinating maintenance works and managing problems with them.
Own transport essential and willing to travel to these sites (mileage allowance paid).
Company mobile is provided and successful person will be required to be available to answer occasional calls out-of-hours relating to their sites as support for the staff working on the sites.
