My Client a leading multinational in the IT industry based in Cork currently have opportunities for German technical support engineer.

The successful candidate will provide technical support and customer service to consumer customers.

Responsibilities will include

  • To provide technical support to customers on products systems and software.
  • To maintain and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • To provide feedback on a daily basis to the team leader of new emerging issues that have been discovered.
Requirements

  • Be a Flunet Spanish Speaker
  • Have strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Previous Experience in a support enviroment.
  • A good level of computer literacy.
