Our client in Co. Wexford operates a small boutique hotel and is now seeking a HEAD CHEF
The client is specific in the type and experience the chef needs to be for this position:
Previous Sous Chef Head Chef experience as Minimum
Must have Fine Dining/Contemporary Cuisine Experience
1/2 AA Rosette experience minimum
Guide Listed restaurant such as Michelin, fodors,Bridgestone would be a plus
Is a RESTAURANT Chef
Can work with all fresh produce
Is creative and consistent in the Kitchen
Is a 'Hands on Chef' working with a small team
Can maintain agreed GP and HACCP in the Kitchen
Has fresh ideas, is a motivator and wants to revitalise the current menus and raise to a new standard
