The Client:
The company is a Construction subcontractor to the Oil & Gas and Maritime Industries and are currently running numerous high profile projects in the UAE and Qatar.
Experience and skill set required:
• Good experience in electromechanical works
• Have worked in the Middle East for at least 5 years, with multi-national company
• Highly analytical and must have an excellent arbitration skills
• Knowledge of Law in Gulf States
• Ability to formulate appropriate optimum risk strategy
• Good interpersonal skills and keen on detail
• University degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Legal qualification would be advantage (i.e. Diploma in Contract Law, Arbitration, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge of claims preparation / handling and contract disputes in construction industry
