Reporting to the Team leader for the Japanese speaking Team and operating within the Customer Service Team, this individual will be responsible for proactively manage/retain by telephone customer accounts within the gaming industry.
The position requires energy, flexibility and a proven ability to work in a customer service environment taking inbound calls.

- Previous Customer Service Experience Essential
- Fluent Japanese and English
- Appreciation and previous experience working to KPI's
- Computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
