Trade Marketing Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an FMCG market leader, in their marketing department. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing in the UK you will be responsible for the development of the brand activation strategies... with a view to delivering a return on investment in the short and long term.

This is a multi faceted role for a candidate who understands consumer marketing and can drive consumer sales through trade and consumer activity.

You will:

  • Have one direct report ( Brand Manager) whose development and targets are your responsibility.
  • Have full ownership of 2 Brands.
  • Have full P&L ownership.
  • Set the trade marketing budget.
  • Develop all NPD plans.
  • Maintain excellent relationship between sales teams category teams customers.
  • Monitor pricing and promotions success versus forecasted success.
  • Develop the brand activation programmes.
You will have to:

  • A graduate with at least 6 years brand and/or trade marketing experience, with in the FMCG sector.
  • Lead collaborative teams that are effective in generating revenue.
  • Display strong leadership capabilities.
