Client Description:
Our client is a leading Sub Contractor working throughout Ireland and the UK in the Construction Industry. With offices in Dublin and UK, they are to the forefront of their Industry and have developed an excellent reputation in the Industry.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Description:
• Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Similar.
• 10 Years + Experience in the Irish and UK Construction Industry.
• At least 7 years experience in a senior commercial position in the construction industry.
• Full Time Permanent Role based in Dublin.
• Ability to frequently travel to the UK will be an integral part of the Job.
• Reporting to the Commercial Director and responsible for both the proposals and commercial management aspects of the projects.
• Experience working with a Main Contractor or a Specialist Sub Contractor, ideally one involving design, manufacture and construction.
