Matrix Recruitment are assisting our client in their search for a Shift Supervisor.
The company has a very forwarding thinking attitude and highly ambitions within its field. Currently they require a Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience as you will be responsible for a team of 10-15 staff. You will be required to have excellent interpersonal communications skills and of course a proven track record of managing people.
Duties include: responsible for multiple shifts (day and night).
Recruitment, training and appraisal of general operatives.
Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
Ensuring strict protocols are adhered to at all times.
Shift work and flexible working hours will apply.
Excellent PC skills are essential
Hours required: 12hour shift with four days on four days off.
