THE ROLE:
*Responsible to create and execute the appropriate strategies, programs, training, services, and solutions to ensure the success of the partnership by aligning and leveraging resources to address the Partners specific product and market needs.
*Maintain in-depth product knowledge and provide direction to Partners
*Understand competitive landscape (and potential impact to the relationship)
*Work with partner and Field team to organize QBRs and ensure that all issues and action items are resolved
*Work with Channel Sales Operations and PSC to manage product availability and ensure compliance to the contractual SLAs.
*Work with Virtual Team to plan and manage both new product introductions and EOL processes to be in sync with the product lifecycle.
*Provide early access products and training to partners for new offerings
*Maintain an up to date Matrix of valid models, pricing and configurations
*Work with Partner manufacturing and logistics to address specific requirements
*Hold weekly Client and Partner con calls and manage on-going activities
REQUIREMENTS:
*He or she must the ability to work independently and have the skills to effectively communicate issues, including those arising from different market environments, culture, unique product requirements, etc.
*Language: Business French
*Leadership
*Negotiation
*Strong Cross-Functional skills and ability to work with, influence, and get results in a matrixed environment.
*Experience Required: 6 + years in a program management role.
