We are currently recruiting an experienced Spa Manager for an award winning busy Spa at a leading 4* Resort Hotel in Co Carlow. Role will include responsibility for all Spa Operations including scheduling and marketing Special Events managing the administering and coordination of Treatments and Spa time. Working closely with the team in place you will look after all guests and offer them the highest levels of comfort, privacy, hygiene and advise on treatments and specific requirements. You will manage the Spa to the highest standards ensuring your guests are pampered, rejuvenated and relaxed in luxurious surroundings. You will report to the General Manager and ultimately be responsible for all Spa operational procedures, Yield Management, team leadership and development etc.
Applicants need 3-4 years experience in similar role coming from a large busy 4-5* Hotel or private Spa with extensive facilities and a proven track record in delivering quality service. We need you to operate the highest standards of Guest care and be passionate about attention to detail. Strong Management performance in the areas of training, team development, Sales, financial performance and operating standards is required. Applicants ideally need experience in Hotels already in the Irish Hotel Marketplace and must speak Fluent English. Prospective candidates who will require Work Permit are unfortunately ineligible for this role and cannot have their application processed.
