We have been engaged by our client to recruit a Senior Quality Services Manager who will provide management of the functional areas, to result in the implementation and achievement of vision, mission, and functional objectives. Job Purpose:

This role covers the management of the following areas at the Receiving and Inspection, Lot Release, Supplier Quality and the Microbiology Laboratory.

The role provides management of the functional areas and results in the implementation and achievement of vision, mission, and functional objectives.

This position is responsible for overseeing the quality aspects of the functions this includes planning, developing and managing the relevant functions within the Quality organization to assure the continuance of qualified and efficient staff to meet Corporate, FDA, and ISO requirements.

Job Description:

  • Recruits, coaches and develops organizational talent.

  • Builds strategic partnerships to further departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).
  • Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.
  • Develops, monitors and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department(s).
  • Approves documents defining the Quality System.
  • Reviews subcontractor's Quality System to ensure that purchased product fully complies with the specified requirements. (if required.)
  • Participates with manufacturing management at all levels in problems of quality and reliability.
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
  • 9+ years of related work experience working within a Regulated Manufacturing Environment.
  • 4 Years working at a management level within a similar environment.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
