Our client is seeking to hire a Usability Manager. You will set up and manage the usability function for our client. Manage the usability schedule and service to ensure that prototypes and programs in development are adequately tested for usability, ease of use and user experience. Identify and implement best practice policies and procedures in relation to usability, maintain highly specialised standards based on user-centered principles that are easy to understand and take into account both corporate goals and user expectations and partner with best in class usability companies that can perform outsource usability service.

You will have 5+ years experience in usability for the software industry, preferably for enterprise software development, extensive and demonstrable experience with usability studies, prototyping and deployment. Experience working with designers, software developers, QA staff, technical writers and external consultants and clients. A thorough understanding of a variety of software development processes and how to improve usability in small steps as development progesses.
